And apparantly he is also renting out his Very nice apartment, for a Very low cost.

When I got this message I knew that it was a scam, googled a little and found out that, right on, Mr Michel Sidibé has someone posing as him and trying to get money from the gumtree.com.hk site.
Its also funny that Mr Hustler doesnt spell his Michel's name correctly.
I send him a new mail..

Thanks for the response,presently i have all the keys and rental lease agreemen documents with me here which will be couriered to you with your name and address through Dhl courier service as soon as your application has been approved,i had a very limited time to leave for my trip so i couldn't secure an agent to take care of the rental of my property so i had to leave with the keys and documents.So if still interested i want you to get back to me requesting for the application form for proceedings.
